Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment.

The clinic reserves the right to charge for missed appointments and appointments that are changed or cancelled at less then 24 hours’ notice.

Payment methods

We prefer bank transfer

We take cash

We accept debit and credit card. We use SumUp and we have gone paperless, which means that your receipt will be texted or emailed at the time of the transaction if you so wish.
