About Sabine

After studying at the École Française de Yoga in Paris, I started my career as a yoga teacher. This 4 years training course involved 900 hours of study alongside personal yoga practice.
Following an injury, I sought the help of an osteopath. Amazed by the treatment’s effectiveness, I decided to study osteopathy. I graduated from the London School of Osteopathy. I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. I attended postgraduate training in the field of Cranial Osteopathy, Kinesiology taping and Medical Acupuncture. I also furthered my knowledge of body movement for rehabilitation purposes, training with Movement Solution and the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. I studied all mat works and equipment levels of Pilates.
I have continued to develop personally and professionally by attending courses that align with my interests and goals. I obtained an Advanced Diploma in Aromatherapy and a Practitioner Level Diploma as a Sound Therapist specialising in gongs, drums and Himalayan bowls. Both of these diplomas allow me to work on a project that is meaningful to me. The best is yet to come, so stay tuned.
Furthermore, drawing on my extensive experience as an osteopath, I have come to appreciate the profound connection between the mind and the body. I have become fascinated by the power of the mind and its ability to facilitate healing and transformation. I pursued training in hypnotherapy and gained a diploma in Hypnotherapy with Hypnotic Solutions Training in London. I furthered my skills with the National College of Hypno-Psychotherapy in London, deepening my knowledge, understanding and application of the various theories and techniques used in different psychotherapy approaches. I have obtained a Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapy. I am working towards accreditation with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am currently already registered with the General Register of Hypnotherapy (GHR), the National Society of Talking Therapies (NSTT) and the UKCP as a trainee.
